Indiana IEC Community Service Recognized

When tragedy struck a local family, InPwr Inc. was honored to step in and help rebuild with fellow volunteers and the Central Indiana Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) chapter. The combined efforts were recognized at the IEC Convention in Phoenix, AZ, with the 2017 Chapter Community Service Award.

A heart-breaking scenario: an elderly man completes treatment at a local hospital, returns home for additional recovery, only to find that his house caught fire. With no means to regain the loss for him and his family, NeighborLink was called in to help save the day! NeighborLink is a small nonprofit that provides free home repairs to very low-income senior homeowners and homeowners with disabilities; they orchestrated all of the volunteers for the different phases of the rebuild. InPwr Inc., along with other electrical contractors in the area, tore out and reinstalled the wiring in the entire house. Together, we made a difference for this family and our community!
