2019’s Under 30 EC&M Electrical All-Star

At InPwr Inc., we are committed to Build it Better. With that, we hire and employ only the best! Our latest recognition is for former-intern turned Electrical Engineer, Katelyn Harada.

Recognized as one of EC&M’s prestigious class of 2019 Under 30 All-Stars – and the only female! – Katelyn has been with the InPwr team since graduating from Colorado State University in 2016. At the age of 24, Katelyn is still new to the electrical world, but her daily commitment to learn, grow, and contribute to the overall success of the InPwr team is outstanding!

Based in the Denver office, Katelyn is also a part of the LEAN Construction Institute initiative that the company rolled out at the beginning of the year to improve overall productivity and efficiency across all locations and job sites. Using technology and formal process improvements, the goal is to shave minutes off repetitive company-wide tasks, resulting in improved productivity and operations.

“Ultimately, we want to come away from our own projects with greater efficiency and reliability, expedited schedules and overall project value for our customers,” Katelyn shares.

We’re excited for Katelyn’s recognition and are honored to have her on our team! Thank you for all you do!
