Brian launched InPwr Inc. in 2005; fifteen years and over $100 million projects later, the commitment remains the same – quality work that exceeds customer expectations and a focus on building relationships! It is ultimately the foundation for hiring an incredible team and to working with amazing new, repeat, and decade-long customers!

By “InPwr”ing Personal and Professional Growth, Brian pledges to create an environment of cohesiveness among the total project team, which translates to trust for customers, and to agility in business transformation and the evolution of the industry, which offers custom-tailored services for a vast range of projects and a variety of customers.

An integral part of the vision and beginnings of InPwr Inc., Staci was there from the start, building the company one customer, one employee, and one project at a time! The company has grown significantly over the last 15 years, but one thing remains the same: the commitment to excellence and building a highly “InPwr”ed, bad@ss team!

Over the years, Staci has held various roles and now fully focuses on the internal health and culture of the organization. With a Masters of Arts degree in both Psychology and Organizational Leadership and a certified MBTI Practitioner, she ensures the team is capitalizing on their strengths and core competencies, self-improvement, and the overall working relationships within the organization. Her smile and personality are contagious, and we’re fortunate to have so much of Staci’s passion wrapped up in the cornerstones of the business.
