Aerodynamic Architecture: BAE Systems

315,000 SF Electrical Design Build Aircraft Manufacturing Facility | Fort Wayne, IN

Flying to New Heights

When BAE Systems, Inc. called on us to build their newest aircraft manufacturing facility, we took our design build expertise to new heights. An international aerospace defense company, BAE Systems had a complex opportunity, and our team rose to the occasion to design and build the electrical core and shell of their 315,000 SF facility in Fort Wayne, IN.

Accelerating Growth

BAE Systems’ facility makes aviation electronics for Boeing, the military and other aircraft. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule, and our installation included a 12,470 medium voltage system including exterior lineup and (4) 2500kVA transformers. The interior distribution included (4) 3,000 amp MDP’s for the building and process equipment, which encompassed a cafeteria, executive offices, loading dock, and warehouse for overstock. Our design also included numerous power panels and transformers, six Liebert power conditioners, 250 power pole locations, and over four miles of conduit.

Regardless of design parameters, InPwr Inc. delivers quality results with relentless dedication.  Ask us how we can build your project better.
